Shipping & Returns
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which The Pilates Studio Store has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. The Pilates Studio Store will take no action on these orders during that time.
USPS business days are Monday through Saturday.
The Pilates Studio Store business days are Monday through Friday.
International packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country. The Pilates Studio Store cannot ship to international PO Boxes.
Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The Pilates Studio Store cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
The Pilates Studio Store does not offer shipping insurance, tracking considered when available.
All orders addressed to an APO or FPO (military mail) must be shipped via a USPS method.
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days providing we receive the merchandise in its original condition and packaging. CDs and DVDs must be unopened. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com In the case of returns, the original shipping, and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Constant Contact will not use your information for any purpose other than sending you emails on behalf of The Pilates Studio Store. We do not share your information with other third parties.
